I stumbled across this travesty just yesterday. It appears that the Mark Glencorse action figure has left behind his ambulance and has been riding on Tonka Ladder 36.
The fireman shown would not comment as to his injuries.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation, frumpydumples are a lead suspect.

Those Frumpydumples are dangerous. Every day I see more and more evidence as to the path of tea-spewing crumpetation that they are ripping through the land. It’s not just the Spotted Dicks, it’s the crisps, the GAR-age’s, and the boots they put on their cars.
Me thinks maybe the truck was heading down the improper side of the street by the look of this.

I think you will find that the frumpydumple was just trying to do his best waiting to save lives and break hearts, and that he was in fact the innocent party in yet another reckless American driving to fast for the road conditions. It had nothing to do with me, honest guv`nor!!
